By booking with Miswigs you confirm you have read and understood all of the information below. This helps ensure your appointment runs smoothly and you get the most from your experience.
All appointments require a non-refundable £20 deposit. This amount is deducted from the total price of your service. Your remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.
My availability is posted on the 15th of every month at 7:00pm. Please make sure you add all necessary add-ons to your appointment at the time of booking.
There are no premium or emergency slots available at this time.
Your hair must be sent to me within 5 days of your booking. There will be a £10 fee if I receive your hair less than 2 days before your appointment. Hair braiding is not included in any wig services except sew-ins. Please ensure your hair is braided in a suitable manner to allow your wig to sit flat and comfortably without your natural hair sticking out. Optional — bring a foundation or concealer that best matches your skin tone to help achieve a flawless finish.
Please ensure you purchase a suitable lace for your skin tone that is of high quality. I will not accept any high-density thick lace. HD lace is perfect for all skin tones and is recommended for the best result.
Please arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time. There is a £10 fee for every 15 minutes you are late after this. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled if I have not been informed beforehand.
You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment. Any later than this and you will need to cancel and make a new booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to bring a plus one please let me know in advance. If a child needs to be brought to your appointment please also inform me beforehand.

Jet black colouring is available for all services. For other colours, you will need to purchase hair from the Miswigs Collection.
